Community Involvement

Supporting the community is a focus of Pro Prints Gear

Marion, Indiana and the surrounding areas host a variety of wonderful community programs.  Pro Prints Gear is honored to be a part of a great community and able to give back.

Following the example of previous owner Ross Hoffman, Pro Prints Gear continues to support groups in communities all over the country and the world.  The causes and missions of the many organizations are varied, but the bottom line for all of them is to better the human condition.  Pro Prints Gear stands behind that belief and does its best to support as many causes as possible.  While we can’t list all of the groups, here are some we are very excited about.

Student success is a high priority for our giving.  Pro Prints Gear is excited to be one of the first donors to support the Little Giants Pre-School initiative which will allow children to attend preschool and be prepared for kindergarten.  This class starts with the 2016-2017 school year.  We also provide support for different scholastic and sports programs at public and private schools in and around Grant County and beyond.  Scholarship support is also important.

In addition to schools and churches, Pro Prints Gear supports many community non-profits, such as:

Family Service Society

Carey Services

Affordable Housing Corporation

St. Martin Community Center

Salvation Army

United Way of Grant County

Boys and Girls Club

Grant County Rescue Mission

Grant County YMCA

PAL Club

Main Street Marion

Circles of Grant County

Special Olympics

Marion Philharmonic Orchestra

Help the Hopeful

Marion Parks and Recreation

Concerts in the Gas City Parks

Little Giants Preschool

Some of PPG’s donations are far reaching including Feed My Starving Children and clothing donations to missions around the world.

Pro Prints Gear Takes Time To Be Kind is another way the company and its team gives back.  Team members are given paid time off to work for a cause that is important to them.  This past year the team worked collectively to pack food for families in need across the globe.

Community is important.  If you have questions about possible partnerships feel free to contact Kelly Turner at 765.674.8627.
